Instructions
- In a chilled mixing bowl, begin whipping the cream until it becomes frothy and just starts to thicken.
- Add the sifted cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Gently whip until soft peaks form.
- If using, stir in the almond extract. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Transfer mousse into a plastic or piping bag fitted with a piping tip.
